Refund Policy

Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Assignment Gates, we strive for excellence and customer satisfaction. However, if we fail to meet your expectations, you may be eligible for a refund or cancellation under certain conditions. All refund and cancellation claims are considered on a case-by-case basis, and we reserve the right to make the final decision.

Refund Eligibility

You are entitled to a refund in the following cases:

  • Dissatisfaction After Revisions: If you are not satisfied with our work even after multiple revisions and it does not meet the assignment criteria, you can request a refund.
  • Missed Deadlines: If your order is not delivered on the promised date, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Plagiarism Issues: If the provided assignment exceeds the accepted plagiarism limit, you can request a refund.
  • Double Payment: If you are accidentally charged twice, we will refund the mistakenly charged amount immediately.
  • Order Cancellation: If you cancel your order within 12 hours of payment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Failing Grade: If you fail the assignment, we will redo it. If you do not wish to have it redone, you can claim a 75% refund. If we refuse to redo the assignment, you are entitled to a 100% refund. Evidence is required in all cases.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

We do not provide refunds in the following situations:

  • Incorrect Information: If incorrect project details are provided and you are unsatisfied with the result, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Work Completed: Once we complete 50% of the work, we will deny your refund request. If we finish less than 50%, you can cancel, but we’ll deduct the completion cost. The percentage of work done will nullify the hours of payment condition. For instance, if we complete more than 50% of the work within 12 hours and you decide to cancel, we will charge you instead of issuing a full refund.
  • Policy Violation: If you violate our company policy, your work may be terminated without a refund.

Important Notes

  • Full Refund Request: To request a full refund, it must be made within three days of receiving your work. The Quality Assurance Department will make the final decision based on provided evidence.
  • Order Cancellation: Assignment Gates reserves the right to cancel your order under critical circumstances, including but not limited to:
    • Failure to provide suitable subject writers.
    • Violation of terms and conditions by the client.
    • Inability to deliver the order on time.
    • Unforeseen events preventing order completion.

Cancellation Policy

  • 12-30 Hours Cancellation: If you cancel your order between 12 and 30 hours after payment, you will receive a 50% refund.
  • After 30 Hours: No refund will be issued for cancellations made after 30 hours of payment.
